150 Micron stainless steel filter woven wire mesh screen

Woven Stainless Steel Wire mesh is a surface-type filter media.

It is made by weaving specific wire in predetermined patterns to form apertures of different shapes and sizes.

Another type of ss wire mesh is Muti-layers sintered metal mesh. It is sintered by two or more layers(2~12 layers) of stainless steel wire mesh, which are compressed and sintered together in vacuum.

Its micron rating ranges from 0.5 micron to 300 micron.

uses in porcessing of oils, chemicals, food , pharmaceuticals, also sorting and screening of solid , liquid and gas in mine, metallurgy, air space, machine making. Etc.

2. Wire Dia: 0.02--2.0mm.

3. Mesh: 1-- 635mesh.

4. Aperture(micron): 25--500µm

5. Weave pattern: Plain weave, Dutch weave, Twill weave etc.

Plain weave can be woven up to 400 mesh.

Twill weave can be woven from 400 to 635mesh.

Dutch weave can be woven up to 3200mesh

General Sizes:

Standard roll width 1m to 3m
Standard roll length: 30m or 100ft
