Product intruduction

"Diagonal processing" is the cutting of a sheet of wire mesh to a predetermined angle.And then processing it into an endless roll. This kind of stainless steel wire mesh is usd for cylinder machine in paper making process,especially for tissue paper making.

Material: SUS 304,316,316L.

Mesh: 2-635 mesh standard wire gauge

Width: 1.2mtr-5.0MTR Length:30.0MTR

Material	Heat treated yarn 304 stainless steel wire.(AISI 316,SUS316L for choosing.)
Pattern	Plain weave ( Twill weave, Satin weave, Twisted weave, Crimped weave for selection).
Type	mono-filament.
Wire diameter	0.05mm to 4.0mm.(can be customized)
Mesh size	customized.
Wire density	according to client's requirement.
Temperature	180-200℃.
Finishing	Endless / Open ended.
Position	Paper Machine Cylinder Mould.
Application	Main in paper Industry.(also suit for other industry,such as processing of oil,food,chemical,etc.)

Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant,non-toxic.
Wear-resistant,no seam marks,no static charge.
Net body smooth, tensile strong, good ventilation.
Running smoothly, .wide adaptability.
Heat resisting and wear proof.
Increase paper making speed, and speed up the slurry filter water.
No splashing pulp phenomena due to high speed, good protection for fiber.
Changed the fiber configuration way, the fiber vertical array more against square opening in common fabric,the pull strength in vertical is good but worse in crosswise.
Avoid the problem from traditional paper making fabric, such as wire mesh looseness, poor flatness, and pulp left in mesh.
